In college, I discovered a start-up called LSTN Headphones that combined some of my favorite things: music, philanthropy, and having a job. I joined the team as an intern and wouldn't go away until they hired me as a designer. They placed far too much trust and confidence in a 19 year old and gave me the opportunity to work on some really cool projects. I learned on the job, and it was one of the most valuable experiences I've had to this day.
